Through many years of experience, we have learned that a cake is only as good as the ingredients that go into it. We take care to ensure that we only use the finest products available, both in terms of organic, free range and fair trade where possible and also by using local independent florists for example for our flowers.

We can make any type of cake whether it be traditional fruit, sponge, carrot cake, lemon, vanilla, chocolate or whatever you want. We often make cakes where each tier is a different type of cake.

Many people come to us with a picture of a cake that they want us to replicate or a theme with which we can build the perfect cake around. The best thing to do is to ask us what it is you want - we rarely have to say no!
